| We live in the high-tech world. Because of the recent technological advances in the IT sphere, office work is no longer the same as it used to be a few years ago, with piles of documents here and there around the office. Paper files, undoubtedly, badly affected the efficacy of a firm and it took office personnel a good deal of time and effort to handle them. Today the days of paper-cluttered offices are gone. There are no more 'in' and 'out' boxes piled up with paper documents. Now everything is computerised and stored in the form of a databank.
No wonder that advanced software tools are introduced every day to ease the office work. These new programmes do not only do work much quicker, but also a lot simpler. Most files are kept in the PDF format, as it has got plenty of advantages over others. PDF documents are of a smaller size and can be protected with encryption and password tools. The PDF format is a compatible format. This enables a user to share and receive data from colleagues effectively.
PDF documents can range from a single-page document to more composite files, such as brochures, data sheets, white papers and technical manuals, some containing thousands of pages, which makes them difficult to manage. At some point, you may want to print or send a few pages from a PDF document or to extract several pages into a new PDF papers leaving the original file unaltered. A solution is to deploy a PDF splitter. This type of software is renowned for being user-friendly. It allows you to pick out your master (input) PDF file and apply a splitting pattern in order to receive the output file(s). Some upgraded software packages have the option to define a customised splitting pattern, similar to Word printing pattern. For instance: 1,2,3; 1-5,3; 4-5. This will result in three output files. The first one will have pages one, two and three. The second PDF document will have pages one to five and page three. The third one will include only pages 4 and 5.
It takes a few mouse clicks to extract pages from PDF files and does not need special knowledge. A detailed direction is provided by manufacturers. |
